I came to live in Weston-super-Mare in the early summer of 2016 and I was instantly spellbound by the ever-changing, dramatic, broad skies that we see here on an almost daily basis. They change with the time of day and with the shift of the seasons. At the turn of the tide the reflections on the shimmering sand are simply breathtaking.

Now in 2021 working with my earth, mineral and botanical pigments the attachment to the land and a sense of time and space has become ever stronger.
